From Order to Delivery
From placing an order on your smartphone to receiving it at your door, LOMBY delivers in five simple steps.
STEP 01
Place an Order
Order from your favorite store using the delivery app you already use. No special setup or additional preparation is required.
STEP 02
Request Delivery with LOMBY
Request a LOMBY delivery through the LINE Mini App. No additional app installation is required—the entire process can be completed within LINE.

STEP 03
Load the Order at the Store
LOMBY travels to the store to collect the order. Once everything is ready, it departs for the delivery destination.
STEP 04
Deliver Through the City
LOMBY travels safely at about walking speed all the way to your doorstep. You can also check its current location through the LINE Mini App while you wait.
STEP 05
Receive Your Order at the Door
You'll receive a notification on LINE when LOMBY arrives. Simply collect your order at the door to complete the delivery.
