As challenges such as a declining labor force and last-mile delivery bottlenecks intensify, LOMBY offers solutions on two fronts: autonomous delivery robots and mobility services that support the movement of both goods and people within local communities.

Expanding the Service Area to 2–3 km Radius Around Stores

Since autonomous delivery robots are required to travel on sidewalks at speeds below 6 km/h, they are best suited for deliveries within a 2 to 3 km radius from the store. For businesses with target customers located within this range, LOMBY enables expansion of the traditional service area, opening new opportunities for outreach and delivery.

LOMBY operates only when delivery is required, eliminating the need to keep personnel on standby during idle hours.
Additionally, since operation and monitoring are performed remotely, there is no need for local hiring or unnecessary waiting time at the site.
