LOMBY, in collaboration with local businesses, is working to deliver goods from stores using autonomous delivery robots, aiming to create an environment where everyone can live comfortably and with peace of mind.
We contribute to building a new living infrastructure that meets the needs of a super-aging society, enhancing both convenience and sustainability in the community.

A 24-hour on-demand service that connects people and goods, supporting the community.
As labor shortages worsen due to a super-aging society, LOMBY supports local life not only by delivering goods, but also by assisting with human mobility through the use of autonomous robots.
These robots can navigate uphill roads with ease, offering stable service regardless of the surrounding terrain.


Bringing What You Want Closer to Home
With LOMBY’s autonomous delivery robots in action, products from stores that were previously outside of walking distance can now be delivered to your doorstep—within a 2km radius.
Whether you place an order online or purchase in-store, the robot will deliver your items promptly.
It’s a convenient solution for days when going out is difficult or for small errands.
LOMBY provides a new type of infrastructure that makes everyday living more comfortable and accessible.

Robots as Community Watch Partners
LOMBY’s autonomous delivery robots do more than just deliver packages—they also help monitor the neighborhood.
During nighttime deliveries, they play audio messages like “Night Patrol in Progress” to enhance safety and deter crime.
Beyond simply transporting goods, they contribute to community security and help create an environment where everyone can feel safe.
They are a quiet yet reliable presence—a new companion in the neighborhood.
Smart City Transformation with LOMBY

Case Study: Collaboration with Seven-Eleven Japan
Currently, a trial is underway to deliver products from a Seven-Eleven store near Minami-Osawa Station to homes within a 2km radius.
This pilot involves delivering items ordered via the “7NOW” app using autonomous robots.
As an on-demand logistics system capable of delivering products in as little as 20 minutes, it is seen as a promising solution.
In Tama New Town, where Minami-Osawa is located, this initiative is paving the way for a future in which delivery robots support regional logistics in a super-aging society.

About the Delivery Area
Currently, LOMBY’s autonomous delivery service is available for addresses located within the blue-highlighted area shown on the map below.
For detached houses, deliveries will be made to the front door. For apartment complexes, deliveries will be made to the first-floor entrance of each building.

How to Receive Deliveries Outside the Home
In addition to home delivery, LOMBY also offers the option to receive items at designated parks and facilities. These pickup spots are available to anyone, so please feel free to use the nearest location.

How to Use LOMBY Pickup Spots

Order via App & Choose Pickup Location
When ordering products through the 7NOW app, please select your desired pickup location.
Available pickup spots can be chosen directly from the map.

LOMBY Heads Out for Delivery
After placing your order, LOMBY will head to the selected pickup spot.
You’ll receive a notification via the app with the estimated arrival time, so please arrive at the spot accordingly.

Receive with QR Code
Once LOMBY arrives, scan the QR code displayed in your app using the robot’s QR scanner.
The lock will automatically release, and the rear shutter will open.

Pickup Complete!
After retrieving your items, press the green button on the rear of the robot to close the shutter.
Your pickup is now complete.
